Vitamin supplements for toddlers

Abstract
Ideally, toddlers should receive the necessary amounts of vitamins, minerals and nutrients they need from their diet. However, various factors may contribute to the fact that this is not usually the case. Toddlers are often fussy about what they would like to eat, especially when it comes to vegetables! They are also not able to consume huge quantities of food at a time. Many parents are also so overwhelmed with the stresses and pressures of life that home-made, nutritious meals are not always the order of the day. Although fast foods and convenience meals serve their purpose in filling tummies, they are loaded with unhealthy fats and sugars and lacking in the essential vitamins that toddlers need.
