Abstract
Improving the health in our home environment takes a multifaceted approach. Correct hand washing techniques with soap and water have been shown to decrease diarrhoeal and respiratory diseases. Ensuring clean and germ-free surfaces can reduce crosscontamination, while safe and hygienic food preparation can decrease our risk of food-borne illnesses.
