Nursing Act (No 33 of 2005): An Easy Reference Guide

Abstract


The Nursing Act, 1978 was repealed in August 2006 and the new Nursing Act, 2005 was signed into law by the President of the country in 2005. On 13 March 2008 the Nursing Act, 2005 became fully operational. This Act brought some significant changes for the nursing profession.
