Forum for Professional Nurse Leaders: A new era brings exciting change!
Abstract
October 2008 heralded the long awaited voting process for the new Executive Committee of The Forum for Professional
Nurse Leaders. The final tally was very clear in defining who the leaders would be for the 2009 / 10 period. At the first meeting of the new Exco; held in Pretoria, 27 October
2008; exciting and progressive changes were forecast for the
future operations of the organisation. These include upgrades to the current communication strategy, together with a shifted focus on leadership modules for 2009 events and workshops.
