Treating a Mother with Nipple Problems
Abstract
Hoffman’s exercises are supposed to release the tightness at
the nipple base, though their effectiveness is widely speculated. Place the thumbs or forefingers opposite each other, close to the nipple and gradually pull the fingers away from each other. This is done in a horizontal line and then a vertical line, with the nipple in the centre.
